Sports play very important role in every human life which keeps them fine and healthy. University Play a very vital role in, providing best possible resources for being physical sound. Students are very much engaged in sports activities. It helps to enhance the skills of students like social relationship, it makes them emotionally strong, teaches to how to work as a team and it also remove the stress from the mind of students. Sports give chances to students to learn and attempt new thing every day. Academics are basic part of university life but we should also pay attention to Health, Safety, Career and few other aspects of life.Along with making students aware with sports, The University also encourages the students to participate in extra-curricular and co-curricular activities. The University has a regular Sports Officer among our faculty, and sufficient outdoor and indoor games facilities.
Outdoor Games
Outdoor games and sports play a crucial role in promoting both mental and physical health. Where technology has taken over our lives, it is important to encourage individuals, especially Student’s, to engage in outdoor activities. Our university has its own Two big size playground which has enough space for conducting many outdoor sports like Football, Cricket, Kabaddi, Athletics, etc.
